Monica Pinto, better known on set as “Hypmosis,” is the Founder and CEO of Hypmosis Visuals | Casting. She is a casting director, producer, and the Co-Founder of NJFW. She has been in the entertainment industry since she was about 4 years old, starting off as an actress for Nickelodeon and working her way up to the executive level. She has been featured on many television shows, such as Jersey Shore on MTV, Naked Brothers Band on Nickelodeon, and on TLC. She is the Executive Producer of shows for NYFW, for which she oversees the overall productions, as well as casts the models. She currently casts talent for artists such as J Balvin, SAINt JHN, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, The Jonas Brothers, J Cole, Becky G, and many more. In addition, she casts models for high fashion luxury brands, from Gucci to HBA.

Being one of the more unique entrepreneurs, Monica has an incredibly distinctive story. She runs a successful company, and she is still in her 20s. Her goal is to use her platforms to encourage other young adults to take the leap and fight for what they truly want. Anything is possible with the right mindset. Stay tuned.
